About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting September 8, 2026, in Claremont, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in telemetry units
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established protocols
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Experience in telemetry or med-surg preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights

Pay
