Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - $2,135 per week

About the role

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13‑week assignment in Lakewood, Washington, starting 11/02/2026. The position is full‑time at 36 hours per week, night shift, with travel employment type.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients with diagnoses such as total joint replacements, cardiac rule‑outs, pneumonia, psychological conditions, and general surgical post‑ops.
• Administer titratable medications including nitroglycerin, insulin, low‑dose dopamine, and dobutamine; titrate drips such as heparin.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips, monitor telemetry, and document patient care in EPIC.
• Maintain nurse‑to‑patient ratio up to 1:5 (maximum 1:12 with additional staff support).
• Float to med‑surg, progressive care, or ICU units as needed to support acuity.
• Adhere to professional dress code and complete orientation/Epic testing.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a telemetry or similar setting.
• Documented skills in insulin administration, titratable drips, telemetry interpretation, and ability to work nights.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, three days per week, minimum 36 hours per week.
