Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - $2,035 per week

Job Summary

The role involves providing specialized care for telemetry patients, including those post cardiac procedures such as PCI, PPM, ICD, or Ablations. The position requires proficiency in reading telemetry strips and managing cardiac drips, with a focus on collaboration, patient education, and discharge planning.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting 07/13/2026

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• NIH stroke scale certification
• 30 months nursing experience
• Successful prior travel nursing assignment
• Able to care for six telemetry patients
• Proficiency in reading telemetry strips
• Experience with post cardiac procedures including PCI, PPM, ICD, or Ablations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telemetry monitoring
• Post cath lab patient care
• Managing cardiac drips such as Cardizem, Amio, Nitro, Dobutamine

Additional Information

• Must be able to perform phlebotomy
• Administer respiratory treatments outside of ICU
• Manage Foley catheter care
• Follow unit-specific policies
• Floating as needed, including to the emergency department or telemetry monitoring room
• Adherence to hospital guidelines and dress code
