Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry monitoring services under the direction of a physician.
• Assess patient condition and document findings accurately.
• Report changes in patient status to healthcare providers promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in telemetry nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
