Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse - $1,764 per week

About the role

At American Medical Staffing (AMS), we are seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a 13-week contract assignment in Highlands, North Carolina. This position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care for geriatric and rehab patients on Swing Bed units.
• Utilize advanced wound care procedures and skills to promote healing.
• Perform documentation and protocols using Cerner system for patient records.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an RN.
• Care of geriatric or inpatient rehab experience (Swing Bed Patients).
• Advanced wound care skills.
• Valid RN license for North Carolina or willingness to obtain licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and CPI preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants must have at least 2 years of experience as an RN.
• Qualified applicants must have care of geriatric or inpatient rehab experience (Swing Bed Patients).
• Qualified applicants must have advanced wound care skills.
• Qualified applicants must have a valid RN license for North Carolina or be willing to obtain licensure.
• Qualified applicants must have BLS certification.
• Qualified applicants must have ACLS and CPI certifications.

Pay, Schedule, and Benefits

The pay range is discussed with the recruiter. The schedule includes 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (variable shifts) for 13 weeks.
