Travel Surgical Technologist

TRITAL Care is seeking an experienced Travel Surgical Technologist for a 13-week allied health contract assignment at Northside Hospital Atlanta in Atlanta, Georgia. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Surgical Technologist with operating room experience who is comfortable supporting surgeons, nurses, anesthesia providers, and the full surgical team in a fast-paced clinical environment.

About the role

The selected candidate will assist with surgical case preparation, maintain sterile technique, support instrument handling, and help ensure safe and efficient operating room workflow.

Assignment details include a 13-week travel contract from July 27, 2026 through October 24, 2026.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• No on-call requirement
• No floating requirement

Requirements

• Previous Surgical Technologist experience in an operating room or surgical services environment is required
• Must be available to start on July 27, 2026 and complete the full 13-week contract assignment through October 24, 2026
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• Must be eligible as a travel candidate and live more than 50 miles from Northside Hospital Atlanta
• Must be able to meet all facility credentialing, compliance, onboarding, background, health, and documentation requirements before assignment start
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, operating room workflow, case preparation, and infection prevention standards is required
• BLS certification and Surgical Technologist certification may be required based on facility and compliance requirements
• Must demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a surgical team environment
