Travel Surgical ICU RN - $2,168 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN SICU - Surgical Intensive Care for a 17-week assignment starting July 20, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for critically ill surgical patients
• Assist with invasive procedures and monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as necessary
• Document patient progress and treatments accurately

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in SICU - Surgical Intensive Care
• Current BLS certification (certifications vary by location)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid Driver's License
• Background and drug screen

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent experience in area of specialty listed on job
• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid Driver's License
• Background and drug screen

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
