Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and maintain financial and related records for client-specific programs.
  • Perform timely reconciliation of accounts and credit card statements.
  • Submit client billing based on established billing parameters.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly financial reports.
  • Build and maintain US Bank Card profiles and fund client expense cards.
  • Process ACH funding and repayment transactions.
  • Provide e-review lists to finance through claims systems.
  • Identify and resolve errors in invoices or data promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve financial issues.

  • Take appropriate steps to resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Ask customers for their opinions, accepting criticism as an opportunity to improve service.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors.
  • Remain aware of products and services provided by Consociate Health.
  • Project a positive, professional image when working.

Required Experience

  • Experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, including accounts payable or accounts receivable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
