Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and maintain financial and related records for client-specific programs.
- Perform timely reconciliation of accounts and credit card statements.
- Submit client billing based on established billing parameters.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly financial reports.
- Build and maintain US Bank Card profiles and fund client expense cards.
- Process ACH funding and repayment transactions.
- Provide e-review lists to finance through claims systems.
- Identify and resolve errors in invoices or data promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve financial issues.

- Remain aware of products and services provided by Consociate Health.

Required Experience
- Experience in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, including accounts payable or accounts receivable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
