Travel Supplier Coordinator

About the role

This role operates within Philippine travel/DMC operations spanning leisure, ticketing, tours, hotels, transfers, groups, and MICE. The Travel Supplier Coordinator ensures travel planning and service delivery by maintaining clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions in supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel supplier-focused tasks, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within Philippine travel/DMC operations.
• Review and maintain Shroff Travel role documentation with status tracking for supplier-focused coordination.
• Document reservation systems with deadline management to ensure traceability and accountability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for supplier-focused coordination.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management to prevent downstream rework.
• Apply strong decision-making to ensure travel planning and service remain usable under operational demands.
• Use Shroff Travel Workflow Context and Travel Planning confidently in supplier-focused coordination.
• Ensure data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in reasoning.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up, particularly when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Complete remote work only when reporting, workflow context, and status tracking make the work secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions in supplier coordination.
• Proficiency in workflow management, reservation systems, and deadline management within travel/DMC operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Experience in travel-focused, supplier-focused, coordination-owned work profiles.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
