Travel Stepdown RN - $3,129 per week

ND Global Consulting Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Stepdown unit travel/contract position in Auburn, New York.

About the role

This 13-week assignment begins September 14, 2026, offering four 12-hour day shifts per week with a guaranteed 48-hour workweek. The patient population includes individuals recovering from congestive heart failure, cardiac catheterizations, vascular procedures, respiratory failure, and cardiac dysrhythmias.

Responsibilities

• Post-procedure monitoring
• Frequent vital signs and neurovascular checks
• Management of cardiac drips, IVs, and respiratory support systems
• Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Respiratory care

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in Stepdown or critical care nursing
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and respiratory care

Schedule

• 13-week contract
• Four 12-hour day shifts per week
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week
