Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse - $2,760 per week

About the role

Hospital in Northern Maine is in need of 10 PCU/Stepdown RNs.

Responsibilities

• Provide step-down care to patients recovering from acute illnesses or surgeries
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in step-down or intensive care unit preferred
• Knowledge of step-down care protocols and procedures

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Passport required for international travel
