Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse - $2,396 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, at a 36-hour-per-week schedule, 12-hour shifts, nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in managing patients requiring step-down care
• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in step-down care
• Current BLS certification (certifications vary by location)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid driver's license
• Background and drug screen

Qualifications

• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid Driver's License

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
