Responsibilities

• Assist patients recovering from surgery or acute illness
• Provide step-down care under supervision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Delaware
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in step-down care preferred
