Responsibilities
- Provide cardiac stepdown care to patients under the supervision of a licensed professional.
- Assess and document patient conditions and progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience in cardiac stepdown care preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
