Responsibilities

• Assist in managing patients requiring step-down care from intensive care units.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Arizona RN license.
• Experience in step-down care preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
