About the role
The NH hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire is seeking a Cardiac stepdown/Intermediate Care RN for a 13-week travel contract starting June 7th. The position involves working 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and includes 3 nights and 1 day/night shift.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Hampshire
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in stepdown or intermediate care setting preferred
