About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 12-week assignment in Winchester, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide step-down care to patients in a hospital setting.
- Work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights.
- No weekend hours required.
- No call requirements.
- Must have BLS and PALS certifications.
- Preferred skills in pediatrics, stroke care, and cardiac care.
- Treatment of common conditions such as respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and cardiac care.
Requirements
- Progressive care experience.
- Experience in med-surg.
- Adult and pediatric patient population.
Qualifications
- Current licensure and certification.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
Skills
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
