Requirements
NC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
ACLS, BLS certifications required
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a stepdown unit, monitoring patient vital signs and managing care plans
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Document patient care activities accurately in Epic electronic health record system
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
