About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide step-down care to patients recovering from acute illnesses or surgeries
- Assist with medication management and patient education
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Kansas
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in step-down care preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
