Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Birmingham, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients transitioning from acute care to less intensive settings
• Provide step-down care under supervision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Alabama
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

• Experience in step-down care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
