About the role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with strong experience in cardiac telemetry to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in telemetry and be comfortable managing complex cardiac patients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac telemetry patients and interpret ECGs to detect arrhythmias.
• Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on cardiac health and post-operative care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Cardiac Telemetry unit.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Strong experience with EPIC EMR is essential.
• Prior charge experience is preferred.

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
