Travel Step-Down Telemetry RN - $2,074 per week

About the role

Access Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients recovering from surgery and those requiring telemetry monitoring.
• Work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights.
• May require participation in every 3rd weekend and EOH rotation with staff.
• Experience in telemetry, recovery of surgical patients, and at least 1 year of med/surg experience is required.
• EPIC experience is preferred.
• Travel experience may be necessary.

Requirements

• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must be available to float onsite within their skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of med/surg experience.
• Telemetry experience preferred.
• Recovery of surgical patients experience preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Travel experience may be necessary.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of patient care protocols and procedures.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
