About the role

Travel nursing assignment in a 28-bed PCU/IMCU unit with a cardiac population. Patient ratio is 1:3-4. The unit handles STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery (CTS), chest pain (C/P), and manages cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and Pressors. Nurses may also be assigned to telemetry beds within the same unit for lower-acuity patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide progressive care to patients in a 28-bed PCU/IMCU unit
• Manage cardiac drips (Milrinone, Dobutamine, Pressors)
• Care for patients with STEMI, NSTEMI, post-cardiothoracic surgery, and chest pain
• Cover telemetry beds for lower-acuity patients as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of documented PCU experience in a similarly sized facility
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Upload all demographic information, including a badge-appropriate photo

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• 48 hours per week
