Aequor Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide step-down care to patients recovering from acute illnesses or surgeries.
• Assist with medication administration and monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• At least two years of proven experience as an RN.
• Current licensure to practice as an RN in the state of Tennessee.
• Current BLS certification.

• Experience with step-down care and patient recovery processes.

Pay
