About the Role

Build your healthcare career with Aya Healthcare. This role is a step-down position requiring 1 year of experience and a current VA license or compact license. Previous charge nurse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Assess patients' health needs and develop treatment plans
• Document patient care in the electronic health record (Epic)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Perform basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) as needed

Requirements

• Current Virginia license or compact license
• One year of relevant experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred)

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience with Epic charting system

Schedule

Days shift: 4, 12-hour shifts (06:45 - 19:15)
