Aya Healthcare is seeking a Travel Step Down Registered Nurse in Oklahoma City, OK.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care according to established protocols and standards.
- Assess patients' health needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely using the Epic charting system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform medication administration and treatments as directed.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during care delivery.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma.
- At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Epic.
