Travel Speech Therapist - Weekly Pay

About the role

Travel Speech Language Pathologist requiring ASHA certification and 2+ years of acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inpatient rehab therapy
• Independently perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) in radiology
• Utilize Meditech and Epic EMR systems
• Potentially refer patients to outpatient care

Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii state license
• BLS certification
• Proven proficiency in MBS studies without radiologist supervision
• Experience in SNF or rehab hospital settings

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Independence in MBS procedures
• Adaptability
• Familiarity with EMR systems

Schedule

Generally set schedule of 5 days/week, including one weekend day. Training provided for documentation and orientation. Must report prior to assignment start and comply with health and safety protocols; possible float to other facilities and adherence to facility dress code.
