Travel Speech Therapist - Weekly Pay

Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing therapy services in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Creating individualized treatment and therapy plans for diverse patient populations.
• Performing screenings to identify voice or speech issues.
• Educating patients and families about speech disorders, causes, and management.
• Reporting patient progress and current status to relevant parties.
• Maintaining accurate documentation per regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in speech-language pathology; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Current ASHA-SLP certification, state licensure, and BLS certification.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

• May require additional certifications before starting.
