About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract starting September 14, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document progress and communicate with healthcare providers and families.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Active Speech Language Pathologist License.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of clinical procedures and protocols.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,840.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
