About the role
A travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for assessing and treating patients with speech, hearing, and language deficits. A dedicated professional capable of assessing, planning, and implementing effective speech and swallowing interventions to help patients meet their communication and functional goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled speech therapy services based on physician orders
- Evaluate patient needs
- Develop and modify care plans
- Set achievable goals to improve communication and swallowing skills
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or in process
- CCC's
- CPR certification
- At least one year of professional experience
