Travel Speech Language Pathologist - Weekly Pay

Role & Responsibilities

• Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats communication and swallowing disorders
• Develops individualized, evidence-based therapy plans
• Makes patient progress assessments and adjusts treatments accordingly
• Edits communication strategies and safe swallowing practices for patients, families, and caregivers
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintains accurate documentation
• Adheres to safety protocols
• Participates in quality initiatives
• Performs additional duties within their scope of practice

Qualifications & Skills

• Holds a valid state licensure and current BLS certification
• Possesses a Master’s or higher degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP certification (preferred)
• Has relevant experience (preferred), though new graduates are welcome
• Displays critical thinking, excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, physical ability to assist with equipment, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Requires visual acuity, sensory awareness, and the ability to follow instructions
