Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Assess and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license within the state of practice.
- 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
- SNF / LTC experience required.
