Travel Speech Language Pathologist - SNF/LTC - $2,029 per week

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Tennessee to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting.

This is a travel contract position with responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization’s vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a SNF / LTC environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license within the state of Tennessee.

Schedule

• Start Date: 09/07/2026
• Duration: 6 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts
