Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
• Provide skilled therapy, educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, and document sessions accurately in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care while maintaining high productivity and quality services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active SLP license
• Clinical reasoning
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in SNF or geriatric rehab preferred
• Able to manage short-term and long-term caseloads effectively
