Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Role & Responsibilities

Provide assessment, screening, and rehabilitation for communication and swallowing disorders in a long-term care setting.

Responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy to improve communication skills.

Manage caseload efficiently within a flexible schedule, ensuring quality patient care without weekend commitments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLP in LTC or rehab settings
• CCC certification required
• Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Duties

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients, maintain documentation, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role offers a flexible start time, up to 35 hours weekly, with no weekend shifts, and includes comprehensive benefits, travel, and housing support.
