Travel Speech Language Pathologist, Outpatient Pediatrics & Inpatient Rehab - $2,035 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Greenfield, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio.
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• At least one year of recent, relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based interventions in speech-language pathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent.
• Experience working in an acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to travel and adapt to various work environments.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer software, including electronic health records systems.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
