Travel Speech Language Pathologist - Inpatient Rehab - $3,032 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for an assignment in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

About the role

This is a 13-week travel assignment starting on 08/10/2026. The position requires 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring treatment for speech, hearing, and/or language deficits.
• Teach patients to make sounds, improve their voices, or increase oral/written language skills for effective communication.
• Teach individuals to strengthen muscles or use compensatory strategies to swallow without choking or inhaling food/liquid.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or actively in the process of obtaining one.
• At least one year of professional working experience.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current CPR certification.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
