About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting December 14, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Oregon.
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
- Knowledge of various communication disorders and treatment techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and record-keeping.

Pay
- Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
- Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
