Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (LTC/SNF) - $2,210 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Burlington, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations regarding patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Vermont.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of communication disorders and treatment techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay
