About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 2, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct evaluations and progress assessments as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
