About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Taylor, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
- Assist patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs
- Develop and deliver therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan
- Experience working in long-term care settings preferred
- Knowledge of communication disorders and their treatment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam (if required by state)
- Current CPR certification

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
