Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (LTC/SNF) - $2,020 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to travel to various locations within South Carolina

Pay

• Based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
