Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (LTC/SNF) - $2,020 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 31, 2026, in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in SNF settings preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

Pay
