Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (LTC/SNF) - $1,940 per week

About the role

The client in Ducktown, Tennessee is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract position at a Long Term Care facility. The position requires 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Tennessee
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
• Passing scores on the Praxis II exam or equivalent

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
