Travel Speech Language Pathologist - LTC - $2,296 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Long Term Acute Care Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 24, 2026, in Sandusky, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech language pathology services to patients in a long-term acute care setting.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Michigan.
• Experience working in long-term acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical procedures and techniques relevant to speech-language pathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
