Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments
- Develop and modify treatment plans
- Set achievable goals for communication and swallowing improvements
- Deliver interventions in accordance with physician orders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or active application process
- CCCs
- CPR certification
- At least one year of professional experience
Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of muscle strengthening and compensatory strategies for swallowing
