About the role
Aya is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with complex communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and communicate with families and referring physicians
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New Mexico
- One year of relevant experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent certification
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
