Responsibilities
- Evaluate speech, language, and swallowing difficulties
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on communication strategies
- Document care using Kantime EMR
- Work independently in a home health setting to help clients achieve functional goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Current Colorado license
- Previous home health experience
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Strong evaluation and communication skills
- References required
