Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Perform screenings
• Educate patients and families
• Report progress
• Ensure accurate documentation following guidelines

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have at least 6 months of experience (1 year preferred)
• ASHA-SLP certification
• BLS certification
• State-specific licensure
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean comfortably
• Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology

Key Duties
