About the role

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health - Seaside, OR and Surrounding Areas. This role involves providing speech therapy services to patients in their homes within a specified geographic radius. The position offers a dynamic environment focused on individualized patient care with flexibility to work within a community-based setting. Location: Seaside, OR and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes within a defined geographic radius.
• Deliver therapy services to patients in-home, requiring an active Oregon license.
• Work within a community-based setting with flexibility for individualized patient care.

Requirements

• Valid state license in hand.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant therapy experience.
• Proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) or similar charting systems.
• BCLS certification.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination including booster.
• Active driver's license with personal transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oasis and Home Health (preferred).
• Familiarity with home care documentation systems (preferred).
• Ability to work independently (preferred).

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 32.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 32 hours per week.
